Mengcun County Bohai Hydraulic Machinery Manufacturing Factory is located in Mengcun, Hebei Province, China, east to 205 National Highway, Jingshan Highway, Shigang Highway and Huanghua Seaport, near Jinghu Highway, and west to Jinghu Railway.
